Domain names may be registered in RS domain zone only by the following categories of organizations and individuals:

• non-resident individuals of Serbia, provided that a resident of Serbia or a company incorporated in Serbia is specified as an administrative contact
• non-resident organizations of Serbia, provided that a resident of Serbia or a company incorporated in Serbia is specified as an administrative contact

Domains in CO.RS domain zone may be registered only by commercial organizations.
Domains in IN.RS domain zone may be registered only by individuals.
Domains in ORG.RS domain zone may be registered only by non-commercial organizations.

In order to register a domain, a company registration number (for organizations) or a passport number (for individuals) should be provided.

Upon registration of a domain, an actual domain owner should provide the following documents:

• ID card or passport for resident individuals of Serbia
• company registration certificate for companies incorporated in Serbia
• passport for resident individuals of other countries
• company registration certificate for companies incorporated in other countries

All documents should be provided in electronic form in PDF.

ATTENTION! If all required documents are not provided, RS domain zone administration reserves the right to delete any registered domain. In such case, domain registration costs are not returned.

If you are a non-resident individual or company from one of the above countries, we perform registration of a domain name you require for your representative and provide you full control of your domain name. We guarantee that it doesn't affect your right to control your domain in any way, including its possible transfer to another person or company.

Usually, a domain is available for use within 5-10 days upon payment.
Maximal registration term for this domain zone is 1 month.

Transfer
Currently, only new domains may be registered in this domain zone. You may not transfer your domain to our service from another registrar.
