Limitations
To obtain a domain in PRO domain zone, a prospective domain owner should:

• * provide professional services
• be registered or authorized by a government authority or a legal entity subject to the government and periodically verify reliability of his data
• have a good history of professional activities in the above authority

Before registering a domain, a registrant should follow a Professional Eligibility Verification process. The following data are required:

• name specified in authorization (first name and last name)
• date of authorization
• type of professional activities
• country of activities
• authorizing facility
• authorization number
• authorizing facility website

If requests are made by several individuals for the same domain name, such domain is registered for the one who first completed his Professional Eligibility Verification.

PRO domain zone administration verifies all submitted information prior to registration of domain names. If data provided for the registration are insufficient, a registrant should provide required confirmation documents within 60 days upon submission of his domain registration application. If a registrant fails to provide required documents or refuses to provide such documents, his domain registration application is declined.
All information and documents should be provided in English or with notarized translation into English.

A name of domain to be registered should duly correspond to name of authorized business activity or company/individual. The second and the third symbols in a domain name to be registered may not be hyphens ('-').

A registrant automatically accepts all terms and conditions set by domain zone administration when ordering a PRO domain name http://registry.pro/legal/user-terms.shtml and http://registry.pro/legal/dispute-resolution.shtml .
PRO domain zone administration is entitled to re-examine any domain name owner in PRO domain zone. If a registrant fails to comply with PRO domain zone requirements or if he fails to provide required confirmation documents, PRO domain zone administration may suspend PRO domain zone delegation.
PRO domain zone administration is entitled to change PRO domain zone terms at any time without prior notification of PRO domain owners.

ATTENTION! If upon ordering a domain in PRO domain zone you were unable to successfully complete your Professional Eligibility Verification, costs paid for 1-year domain registration term will not be returned.
